Lander Coronado-Garcia is passionate about finding better ways to do business. He knows that if a company’s operations are not running at their most efficient, the company’s value is not at its highest potential. He brings this passion for operations and process to all of his ScaleFire engagements, helping clients unlock hidden advantages which not only improve a company's bottom line, but also make them better places to work.

While a consultant at Accenture Lander was consistently ranked significantly above his peers in both client value creation and business operations. To further hone these and other skill sets he pursued his Master of Business Administration, graduating from the Wharton School in 2011. Since that time Lander has helped multiple early stage companies realize their potential by building business to business sales channels, targeting companies like Facebook, Square, Barracuda Networks and BorgWarner; and he has used his ability to deliver convincing business proposals to raise seed capital in the six figures.

In addition to operations, Lander is known for his creative problem solving and ability drive large scale and complex implementations. For example, at Accenture he led the ground up design and delivery of a product sales tracking and management tool for Kraft Foods which saved the company $40 million dollars a year in lost sales.

Lander joined ScaleFire precisely because he loves to work on interesting, challenging problems with people who bring as much enthusiasm to them as he does. He believes that if he has helped his clients succeed, then he has been successful.
